修改hosts，让他玩不了游戏

在C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc找到hosts文件，右键用记事本打开复制进去，然后保存，如果无法保存建议先右键选择管理员获取所有权，在覆盖，就成功了
PS：不要忘了重装系统的时候备份一下，最好用wim安装器重装，重装完毕之后别急着重启，要覆盖掉原有的hosts，这样即使重装N次系统也无法打开4399网站
