Management is doing things right. Leadership is doing the right things.怎么理解?

This Peter Drucker’s philosophy on management and leadership simply mirrors the core missions of each concept, which furthers my notion. From my understanding, he meant management is to fulfill one's duty in an appropriate and efficient way, while leadership requires a person to focus on a bigger picture and make the correct decisions. For instance, if a group of people get lost in the forest, the person with management skill can protect them from animal attack or other dangerous situation, as well as to maintain the group a proper order, while the member with leadership can guide the group to a right path and find a way out of the forest.
